Pop Ups Terms & Conditions

For cancellations for our Pop Ups events, we give a full refund with minimum 48 hours (2 days) notice. This is because we source and purchase the food up to 2 days before the event, so if a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, Francisco’s Table will retain the cost of the booking as compensation.

Event Catering Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your event date with Francisco’s Table Catering.

In some circumstances the deposit amount may be increased for certain events and event dates.

If an event is cancelled after a deposit payment has been made, the deposit amount paid will be forfeited.

 

MENU SELECTIONS

Menu selections are not required at the time of booking.

Final menu selection is required no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to function.

Any variations to the menu need to be requested no later than one week (7 days) prior to function or additional charges will apply.

Francisco’s Table reserves the right to edit menu items based on availability.

GUEST NUMBERS

Final guest numbers are required no later than 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event date.

Francisco’s Table will not be responsible for insufficient quantity of food if correct guest numbers are not given at the time of final number confirmation.

PRICING

Prices are quoted on current cost of produce and food, as per quotation date.

Due to the increase in cost of goods, pricing may be subject to alteration at any time. Price increases will be passed on where applicable.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If a Catering event booking agreement is cancelled up to 7 days before the function a 50% total function cost cancellation fee applies.

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the function date, a 100% cancellation fee applies. This fee is based on the total function cost.

Francisco’s Table will apply the cancellation policy at its own discretion

 

PARKING

All parking charges incurred by Francisco’s Table relating to the function will be invoiced to the customer.
